Warn them, and if they kept doing it, kick them. And if they kept doing it, I'd ban them

I know I've only been playing this for like 2 days, but I think I've got the hang of it. I've been admin on a server, but a few days later, it shut down. I've got more experience being a moderator than admin, which is why I'd like to apply for moderator, not admin
